I want to thank you for the *great* service you provide, as
well as congratulate you for having one of the best staff/service
teams I’ve ever had to interact with.Everyone; from who answers a phone call, to the accounting team,
to Jim and his awesome onsite service — has been professional,
extremely friendly, knowledgeable and *always* get the job done right
the first time.– sadly, that, is not so common these days (with other companies) .
But with Aqua, it is expected, and it is the norm.We had a recent service call, for a chlorine feeder that was leaking,
and I was not expecting Jim or another tech for an add’l 24 hrs.
But, a fantastic tech showed up prior!! to us expecting service — and like
everyone else I have dealt with @ Aqua, he was simply great!!!
