I just wanted to let you know what a terrific experience it has been dealing with AQUA.  As you know, my project had some unexpected road bumps and I couldn’t be more impressed with how your entire crew handled the situation.  Lorraine has been an absolute joy to deal with every step of the way and I never felt for a second we wouldn’t have a reasonable solution.  The same goes for Powell and the rest of the crew.  I can assure you that AQUA will be my first and only call for any future projects.  Please pass on my thanks to everyone and keep up the good, hometown work!  Feel free to use me as a reference at any time.
